Monarch Wildlife Cruise

Drive along the beautiful Otago Peninsula and board the MV Monarch. Sit back and enjoy the scenery as you explore the rugged coastline from the water. A comprehensive commentary about the local wildlife, history and geology is provided. Spot rare ocean birds and see uninterrupted views of the world’s only mainland colony of royal albatross. You may also see blue penguins, dusky and hectors dolphins and a New Zealand fur seal colony.

If driving from central Dunedin, allow up to one hour to reach the departure point.
