All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.

ABTA and ABTA Members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct.

You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute (ODR) Resolution platform. This ODR platform is a means of registering your complaint with us; it will not determine how your complaint should be resolved.

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, which is managed by the UK's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection will apply to your booking.
When booking a holiday that includes a flight you will receive an ATOL Certificate detailing the protection that applies to your holiday. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, only the parts listed will be ATOL protected.
