Available on these holidays:A coach will pick you up for your full day tour to the Blue Mountains. Arrive at Scenic World and join the optional Blue Mountains rides - Scenic Railway, Cableway or Skyway (own expense). These rides are a great way to see the steep valleys, canyons and Three Sisters rock formation. Stopping at a vantage point, you'll be treated to a spectacular view of the Three Sisters. Enjoy lunch in the quaint mountain township of Leura. Next enjoy an afternoon encounter at Featherdale Wildlife Park and have your photo taken with a cuddly koala (own expense), see kangaroos, wombats, dingoes and little penguins.
Available on these holidays:We will travel directly to the Hunter Valley, which is nestled in the lee of the Great Dividing Range. Over 180 years young, this is Australia's oldest and best known wine region and is soaked in history. It's a dynamic and fascinating area that brims with over 150 top class wineries, 65 indulgent restaurants as well as gourmet produce and boutique breweries. Our first visit is to a 5-star winery nestled in the Mount View region of the Hunter Valley, a well renowned viticulture area, here you can ample exquisite wines in your own private area.
From here we continue onto Leogate Estate. This opulent cellar door is the perfect place to enjoy that unique taste which only the Hunter Valley and their award winning wines can provide. All wines produced from the great vines of one of the most highly regarded vineyards in Australia. Here we will enjoy a selection of cheeses to accompany the wine tasting, followed by a tour of the onsite winery to learn of the wine making process.
On conclusion of the tour, we enjoy a relaxing 2 course lunch (selection of platters, followed by dessert of choice) accompanied by a glass of wine. Further beverages can be purchased at own expense. After lunch we travel to Keith Tulloch Winery. This small completely family owned winery and vineyard produces wines that express the unique terrain and climate from the ancient soils of the Brokenback Range.

Discover Sydney's ancient Dreamtime Culture Identity and Heritage on a leisurely guided walk that is intimate, enlightening and very informative. Key experiences of the 'illi-langi' tour (The Rocks Dreaming Aboriginal Heritage Tour) include Aboriginal custom of good manners, welcome-greetings and stories of Sydney Harbour Dreamtime creation character's.
Discover Aboriginal acknowledgement of the country using Earth Mother's traditional ochre paint, equipment harvested from the natural harbour landscape; its origin and opportunity to see touch or handle such objects that can still be harvested for survival.
Led by a knowledgeable Aboriginal guide you will learn about the story of Aboriginal Creation events via DreamTime, its origin, history, culture and an understanding of the connection of modern Sydney and the Aboriginal Dreaming in The Rocks Sydney.
